It's always easier to show somebody what you're talking about rather than try to explain it. A lot of people make mood boards. We decided to make @thefieldbyoneunder
The field was created to share thoughts and motivations via images. Each of these images means something: some through the game of golf, some as a bigger picture of things that are enjoyable and that put you in a good space.
We talk about the field in terms of electromagnetism, a physical quality which takes on different values at different points in space, or that acts as a mediator of force, conveying the force over the distance from one body to another. Fields are a form of matter. They are endowed with energy and momentum.
I like to think of a field as everything else. You need to clear the field in order to focus on one thing. At other times, you can sit back and absorb the field. Take it all in.

For example, when you're about ready to hit your shot, you need to clear the field, as we know from great movies like Bagger Vance. When we're sitting back to relax or take it all in, absorb the field, we can see our surroundings, like the beauty of a fly fishing river in some mountain region of the north.
The clubs. The feel of the grips. The beautiful greens. Gorgeous rolling hills and bunkers. The shades of green. The people. The hang at the clubhouse. The conversation at the driving range. The discussion about last week's tournament and plans to do it all again next weekend.
